Dan Cederholm, founder of SimpleBits, debuted a new logo late last year and shortly after that a website that sells logos was selling an eerilly similar logo.

The logo company, LogoMaid, contests that they created the logo first but the first date they can prove for having the logo is nearly a month after Dan initial debuted his version on Flickr.
